Last updated: October 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration for and use of The Executive Standard Webinar and related pages, emails, and materials, provided by NAOS Management ("NAOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering, paying, or attending, you agree to these Terms.

1. The webinar

The Executive Standard Webinar is a live training held on Zoom on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET, hosted by Britney Monet, with guest speakers. Your Seat includes access to the live session, a bonus ebook, and a replay. We may change the schedule, format, speakers, or content when needed, and we will notify you of material changes.

2. Registration and payment

The registration fee is shown on our pages at the time you register. Your Seat is confirmed only after your payment is complete. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your full card number.

Please use the same email address when you register and when you pay so we can match your payment to your registration. You are responsible for providing accurate information.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Educational purpose only

The webinar, ebook, replay, and related materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

No guarantees. Any examples, client stories, or guest experiences shared are individual and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances, and business, and we make no promise of any particular outcome.

4. Guest speakers

Guest speakers share their own experiences and opinions. Their views do not necessarily reflect those of NAOS Management, and we are not responsible for the content they present.

5. Placement and management services

The webinar may include information about The Executive Standard's placement and management services. Those services are not sold through these Terms. If you choose to engage them, you will enter into a separate written agreement that governs scope, fees, and conditions.

6. Ebook, replay, and materials

The ebook, replay, and any slides or handouts are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share publicly, republish, or distribute them without our written permission. Replay access is provided for the period we communicate to you.

7. Recording and participation

The webinar will be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded and understand that your name, voice, questions, and chat messages may appear in the recording, which may be used to produce the replay. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and do not submit questions.

We may remove anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.

8. Conduct

You agree not to: share your Zoom link with people who have not registered; record or screen-capture the session without permission; harass other attendees or speakers; or use the webinar to advertise or solicit.

9. Intellectual property

All content, including the training, ebook, replay, slides, logos, and the names NAOS Management and The Executive Standard, is owned by NAOS Management or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Registering gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials, and no ownership.
